    Golf Course Information

The Robert Trent Jones Snr-designed golf course measures 5,870 metres, and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. This par-71 golf course, although shorter than normal, is masterfully designed with challenging holes, elevation changes and characteristic Jones-like bunkers. There are challenges in the form of elevated greens and tees to test your distance, and some water hazards to make things interesting. Each hole is different at the Quinta da Marinha golf course. The track differs immensely from nearby courses such as Oitavos Dunes or the Penha Longa Resort golf course, which means you must come prepared a wide range of golf holes.

The Quinta da Marinha golf course has hosted various championships since opening in 1984. The golf course reimagines resort golf as a friendly course to every type of golfer. Its accessibility is what keeps visiting golfers coming back. While playing the golf course, enjoy fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean and nearby Sintra Mountains. The par-4 third hole is one of the most famous golf holes in Portugal and offers a great photo opportunity. There is a great driving range with practice facilities for you to practice your golf game.
