Golf Course Information
Stadium Course
The Stadium Golf Course at PGA Catalunya has been consistently ranked among the best ten golf courses in Europe since it opened in 1999, and it was recently votes #4 in Continental Europe and #1 in Spain. As the venue for numerous PGA European Tour events, it is also routinely singled out for praise from the professional playing fraternity. t is rare to find so many memorable holes on one course and despite the many ups and downs, tees are elevated and very few fairways are uphill. The stunning dogleg of hole 6 is one of them and it demands nothing less than a driver and total commitment.
Tour Course
Dominated by pine trees and lakes, the course is shorter and a little less difficult to play than the Stadium Course, yet the Ángel Gallardo and Neil Coles design ensures that it remains a challenge for every level of player. Most of the holes feature wide fairways and strategically placed bunkers, which can be forgiving of a less than perfect shot. Another feature sure to focus the mind is that it seems you are never far from a water hazard. There is no question that the Tour Course is a worthy challenge. The prestige of this remarkable Golf course was born through its status as co-host of the European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage since 2008.

Hotel Camiral
Rooms Deluxe
Deluxe rooms are contemporary, stylish and spacious. These rooms have everything you need for a perfect stay with sumptuous beds, complete with a pillow-top mattress and Egyptian cotton linens. En-suite bathrooms have oak flooring, hand-painted Spanish tiles and gilt-edged mirrors, with a generous bathtub and rain-shower.
Duplex Suites
Duplex suites have private balconies and stunning views, featuring spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows. The views from these suites are of the Tour Golf Course, landscaped gardens and swimming pools, all framed against the impressive backdrop of the Pyrenees.
Junior Suites
Junior Suites at Hotel Camiral are individually decorated and come in a suite of four types. The Romani Suite is likened to an oasis of calm, with a spacious bedroom and luxurious king-size bed with plush linens. The Olivella Suite offers all the comforts of home with a contemporary design and light, open rooms. The Mimosa Suite has tranquil views outside and a contemporary style inside and is one of the larger suites. The Ginesta Suite offers a very generous space with a restful haven of tranquillity with its own fireplace.
Presidential Suite
The first-floor signature suite blends stylish design with the resort’s spectacular natural setting. Floor to ceiling windows provide uninterrupted views of the Tour Golf Course, against the striking backdrop of the Pyrenees. An entrance hall leads to a spacious living room and private dining area. The 154m2 duplex suite also features two luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large terrace. The gentle palette of colours is accented by bespoke pieces of furniture and art. Deep sofas, footstools and decadent shag-pile rugs combine to make this suite a luxury home away from home.
Hotel Lavida
The rooms at Hotel Lavida are beautifully designed with rich colours, contemporary amenities and a thoughtful use of space that allows easy living and easy access to all the Resort’s amenities. The rooms are smaller than in Hotel Camiral, but what they lack in space they make up for in thoughtfulness and price. The level of cleanliness and contemporary standard is on par with everything PGA Catalunya Resort stands for.

1477 Restaurant
The 1477 Restaurant offers a refined dining experience without being overly formal. They showcase the very best from local artisan food producers of European Cuisine with a distinctly Catalan twist. Each dish is excitingly designed around one key ingredient and presented with imagination and flair.
The Club Café
The Club Café looks over the Stadium course, optimising the magnificent views with the unique design by Lázaro Rosa-Violán creating an elegant modern look in a bold move away from traditional golf clubhouses. The Club Café delivers a modern take on clubhouse classics, also offering a solid range of local cava and champagne to complement the extensive wine and beer list.
Lounge Bar
The Lounge Bar boasts a menu of exclusive cocktails, innovatively prepared by master bartenders, as well as a selection of the finest gins, vodkas, brandies, cognacs and tequilas, and whiskeys from all around the world. The Lounge bar has a range of local dishes, all made with market ingredients of the highest quality and typical of the Catalan area.
Bella’s
Bella’s restaurant is the perfect modern dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. It consists of a laid back affair with the bar offering classic cocktails, beers and wines by the glass. The outdoor terrace provides a little green haven while you’re still able to soak up the Girona sunset, eating light salads or pizzas.
Pool Bar
The Pool Bar features a selection of international favourites from fresh salads to juicy burgers, delectable sandwiches, and of course, authentic Catalan specialities by expert chefs.

The Golf Hub
The Golf Hub at PGA Catalunya Resort brings you the most advanced swing analysis technology combined with the ball-tracking system used on the Tour, allowing you to make your practice accurate, effective and fun! Boasting one of the largest practice facilities in Europe, The Golf Hub also includes a large natural grass practice tee, including a private teeing area for members, and a 2,000 square-meter putting green and chipping area, with five bunkers each containing different sand types (Augusta, St Andrews, Hawaii volcanic, PGA Catalunya Stadium Course sand bunker and Pebble Beach).

Golf Academies
The Reosrt has two golf academies that will suite players of every ability. The PGA Catalunya Golf Academy is led by head pro Enric López, where the team of instructors will offer all the theoretical knowledge as well as the best equipment and facilities to teach you how to play golf. The Sergio Garcia Junior Academy has a double objective: to train the next elite golfers and to make golf more accessible to children from all walks of life, through the diffusion of special ‘Golf Adapted’ programs.

How to Get There
The PGA Catalunya Resort is easily accessible and just a short plane ride to Barcelona Airport from most European and North American destinations is the best way to fly directly to the region. The Girona Costa Brava Airport is a smaller port that is just 6km from the Resort, which services over 5 million passengers annually and has flights coming from various European outlets. Via car, the PGA Catalunya Resort is just 60-minutes’ drive north from Barcelona. From Girona, the Resort is just a 220-minute drive south.
