Golfers of all levels are invited to Queenstown for our inaugural Queenstown Golf Week between Saturday 03 and Saturday 10 February 2024. Join this fun and friendly golf competition staying 7 nights at the centrally located Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queenstown with daily breakfast, a welcome cocktail party, a farewell dinner & golf prizes. There are four rounds of golf with shared carts, including Millbrook Resort’s new Coronet Course, Millbrook’s Remarkables Course, and two rounds at the famous Jack’s Point Golf Club.
Golf Week is a fun golf tournament with daily prizes and a relaxing atmosphere. The format for this competition is individual aggregate Stableford, played over four rounds with your best three rounds scored. Your worst-scored round will automatically be dropped. Golfers are required to have an official WHS handicap. If you do not have one, one will be given to you (max 25 for men, max 36 for ladies). Come for the great golf, food & wine, and stay for the company. Fiji Golf Week 2023 is now sold out.
There will be a fun golf competition featuring golf prizes as well as an incredible hole-in-one-prize to The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush. Non-golfing partners can choose from an endless range of activities with as much or as little effort as you prefer. This is a golfing holiday to New Zealand; enjoy seven nights in Queenstown with a group of likeminded people.

Any golfer with an official registered handicap is eligible to participate. Golfers without an eligible handicap are welcome to participate but will not be eligible to receive prizes. Non-golfing partners and friends are always welcome.
Golf Week is all about having fun. You book and pay for four rounds of golf or a week of fun non-golf activities (for non-golfing partners & friends). It is a friendly competition with some great prizes to be won.
Scoring is based on the best aggregate Stableford score for three rounds out of four (automatically drop your worst round if you have a bad day). This is a private competition and is not professional in any way. Players must adhere to local course rules and club dress codes at all times. Golf Week takes place at least once a year. The Golf Week destination each year is selected from our Rota.

The Resort is owned by Intercontinental: one of the leading hotel brands in the world. Run of House Rooms are included in Queenstown Golf Week but you can upgrade to Lake View if you prefer waking up to views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Whakatipu at your doorstep. Each room has a private balcony or courtyard so you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink in solitude. Each room is equipped with safes, TV’s, tea and coffee-making facilities and lavish bedding that epitomises the Intercontinental Hotel Group’s luxurious brand.
Millbrook Golf Club
Remarkables Course
With fast and true greens, this scenic track is named after the razorback mountain range that frames the alpine golf course. The Crown Range and Arrow River Valley provide mesmerizing backdrops whilst the golf course meanders between ponds and nature. Two separate nines combine to comprise Remarkables 18; these are Remarkables 9 and Arrow 9. Designed by John Darby and Bob Charles, it opened in 1992 and has since hosted various championship tournaments including the New Zealand Open with the nearby Hills Golf Course. The golf course contains a number of elevated tee shots that are as scenic as they are memorable. Expect a risk-reward type of day with accuracy being rewarded as much as distance.
Coronet Course
What used to be a 27-hole golf facility changed with the creation of a fourth nine and the result was two 18-hole golf courses. The first is the Remarkables nine and Arrow nine, comprising the Remarkables 18. The second is the Coronet nine and the Mill Farm nine. The Coronet was built in 2009 by Scott Macpherson (Fairmont Kittocks) and NZ native Greg Turner. In 2018, they returned to build The Mill Farm nine and the result is spectacular; opening in January of 2022 to the general public. The Coronet 18 is more rugged than the Remarkables Course; it utilizes big undulations, low-lying wetlands, and a boldness that reflects the rugged nature that surrounds Millbrook Resort. The Coronet 18 is truly a remarkable golf course with its holes routed through valleys, atop hills and amongst wetlands. If visiting Millbrook, you must reserve time to play both golf courses.
Jacks Point Golf Club
To play one of the best golf courses in New Zealand is a great opportunity. To play it twice…. its significance needs no explanation. With a backdrop of 2300 vertical metres of the Remarkables mountain range and an armchair view of an outstanding lake panoramas, Jack’s Point Golf course is one of the most visually spectacular you will ever play. It is a private course but welcomes with open arms travelling golfers from around the World. The course has been designed around the natural landscape, with minimal excavation. Designed in harmony with the natural environment, the course weaves through native tussock grasslands, dramatic rock outcrops, steep bluffs and swathes of native bush to the edge of Lake Whakatipu.
