Set on the coastline of Southern Vietnam, The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip captures the true essence of links-style golf, with its routing over and around towering sand dunes. Sitting atop a plateau of sand, the structure of the course is a complete marvel. When you arrive on the first tee it is apparent that there is more sand than grass. The sandy soil ensures fantastic drainage year-round, so the course is playable every day of the year.
Windswept, the course features massive elevation changes throughout its dune-scape which offers fantastic vistas of the surrounding countryside. Everything at the precinct is massive, from the fairways to the sand dunes to the greens, it is a true testament Greg Norman and his design team that they were able to produce such a megalithic structure. Wide fairways favour errant shots, but fierce winds challenge scorecards so that you will find many parts of your game challenged, whilst all-round enjoyment will be sky-high at The Bluffs ho Tram Strip.
Clubhouse & Pro Shop
A massive structure to match the largess of its surroundings, The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip Clubhouse features a lavish restaurant that overlooks the golf course and nearby coastline, a VIP dining suite for groups, men’s and women’s lockers, a fully stocked Pro Shop with all the latest golf equipment and clothes. Perhaps its best feature is the outdoor deck where you can enjoy a drink whilst watching golfers finishing their rounds. The afternoon breeze combines very well with the humid Vietnamese weather. The Infinity restaurant within the Clubhouse offers 5-star food with views over the first and eighteenth tee.
Practice Facilities
The practice facilities at The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip are world-class. Set in a tranquil part of the property, there is a full-length driving range that is 3,000 square metres, featuring natural grass-tees, target greens and bunkers. The short-game area lies adjacent to the driving range and includes pitching areas from 40 or 50 yards, a practice bunker and various chipping areas with various-lies. The practice facility goes beyond by offering a refreshment kiosk and food delivered upon request.
