We have been to Fiji twice with Voyages Golf. It’s a great way to travel, play golf, meet like-minded people and experience the local highlights. Accommodation is always good and so is the easy, relaxed competent way the tour is run. The communication by Voyages is second to none. In fact, the family that run this business are very invested in ensuring everyone has a positive experience.

Queenstown Golf Week
Our Queenstown Golf Week 2024 was our 3rd trip with Voyages and we have at least two more booked. From the first email to the final goodbye Voyages are exemplary in every aspect. No detail was overlooked and they make you feel so very welcome. The accomodation at the Crowne Plaza was great - perfect central location... the golf courses at Jack's Point and Millbrook were outstanding and our day trip to Walter's Peak was amazing...superb BBQ buffet. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Voyages if you want to experience a great golf trip.

My husband & I have just returned from Queenstown NZ with Voyages golf. Our experience was exceptional, from airport pick, amazing golf courses and functions. I would highly recommend their tours and we will certainly travel with them in the future. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Open 2023
Voyages.golf was recommended to me thru the R&A for the Open Championship. I am very pleased I chose them to handle my vacation details. They offered a great package to tie in with my Open tickets, allowing me to go about with my plans while they took care of all the details from Hotel and transfers to/from Open venue. I even added on additional vacation details which they handled and everything went off without any issues. Voyages.golf kept me up to date with all details and any changes that arose. From start to end, they were on top of all details and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested.

Frequently Asked Questions

To proceed with booking, we will require some basic details for each traveller:

  • Names of each traveller as per I.D.
  • Email & phone number of each traveller

We will then send a confirmation and invoice for the travel packages. All our bank details and payment methods will be supplied.

Your booking is confirmed only once you receive an invoice from us and payment is made by the due date.

Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card in the following currencies (USD, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, EUR). If paying with credit card, merchant surcharges apply.

International payments or payments via Telegraphic Transfer must include A$25 for our bank charges. Bank charges from your bank must be borne by you. If charges are taken from the amount due, we will invoice for the difference amount between the amount owing and the amount we receive.

Of course you can. Our tours are specifically designed so non-golfing partners enjoy the trip as much as their golfing partners. Our hotels are always central to towns and popular activities. We also create non-golfer itineraries that are crafted with the interests of the non-golfers in mind and that means we consult with you before we book any non-golfer activity.

No, our golf tours are accepting of all golfers. Depending on the destination, some golf courses require you to have a certain handicap, and this will be expressed prior to any booking confirmation. Otherwise, you are welcome to join our golf tour as they are always inclusive.

Escorted golf tours are one of the most enjoyable types of holidays. Our groups are small and everyone gets to know each other on a first-name basis early-on in the tour.

On a golf day, breakfast is usually taken between 6:30 - 08.30, and our first tee-times are usually mid-morning. This allows for the early risers and late-goers to enjoy a two-hour period for breakfast. We like to keep the afternoons free for sightseeing, resort relaxation, shopping or general downtime. We usually restrict each day to having one activity, whether it's a half-day tour or round of golf, it's usually quite relaxed.

Apart from the welcome dinner and farewell dinner, we usually keep evenings free to enjoy whichever destination you are in. If you are travelling by yourself, the tour leaders have an open invitation to dine with them; if this is the case, you're in for a real treat as the tour leaders know where to go for the best meals. We always stay in destinations where local restaurants are either a short walk or short transfer away, so there are plenty of options to dine.

Over the decades, our tours average the following guest ratio: 70% couples, 30% singles. Our tours are comprised on average of 45% male and 55% female. One fact we are proud of is that our tours enjoy an average of 70% or higher repeat guest rate.

Absolutely. We are firm believers in travelling safely and with transparency. See our full list of accreditation here.

We are very transparent with our pricing. The easiest way to compare costs is to take the tour cost and divide it by the number of nights on the tour. Then, compare this per-night rate with other operators' tours. You'll find that some operators use the number of days to inflate numbers but the industry uses the nightly rate as the correct basis.

If you are trying to compare two tours, do the above equation and compare other factors including:

  • Number of people (big tours mean less per person costs, but travelling as part of a large group isn't always as fun)
  • Included activities
  • Quality of golf courses on the tour
  • Location of Hotels & quality of Hotels (are they near restaurants or do you have to catch a taxi to the closest restaurant?)

Voyages.golf has market-leading prices due to our long-established relationships with suppliers. We go out of the way to secure the best deals for our tours to bring costs down but also provide a sensational experience to maximise comfort and enjoyment for all participants. If you have any doubts or are comparing the costs between operators, feel free to let us know and we'll talk you through it.
