Sunday 19 July
Monday 20 July
Welcome brunch followed by a golf clinic with Rich Beem, PGA Tour Pro. You will play Mount Juliet Golf Course in the afternoon, with dinner in the legendary Rinuccini's in Kilkenny City before spending a second night at Mount Juliet Estate.
Tuesday 21 July
Check-out of Mount Juliet Estate and transfer to The European Club Golf Course near Dublin. Afterwards, enjoy a tour of the Guinness Storehouse before a dinner in Dublin City. You will spend the night at the Iveagh Gardens Hotel in Dublin.
Wednesday 22 July
Check-out of the Iveagh Hotel, before transferring to Co. Louth Golf Club (Baltray). After golf, you will be transferred to Newcastle, Co. Down. After a wonderful dinner in the shadow of Slieve Donard Mountain will see you spend that night in the famed Slieve Donard Resort.
Thursday 23 July
The day you will be waiting for has arrived - play the World's Best Golf Course: Royal County Down Golf Club, right next to the Slieve Donard Resort & Hotel. The afternoon will see you transferred to Belfast for a 'Black Taxi City Tour,' followed by a dinner in Belfast where you will share tales of the morning's round of golf on the World's #1 Course.
Friday 24 July
Today you will play Ardglass Golf Club, known for having the oldest golf clubhouse in the world (it was used as a smuggling storehouse centuries ago!). Ardglass golf course is dramatically wedged between cliffs and a the quaint fishing village of Ardglass; a real treat to play. The format for today's round will be a unique Skins Game followed by a 6-hole shootout. The evening will be spent having a BBQ at Ardglass, before a transfer and overnight on the North Antrim Coast at The Bushmills Inn.
Saturday 25 July
Today you will visit the world-famous Bushmills Distillery for a tour and tasting. A lunch at Harry's Shack, followed by a round at Portstewart Golf Club will entail. In the evening, enjoy dinner at The Harbour Portrush, before spending the night at The Bushmills Inn Hotel.
Sunday 26 July
Today you will have the opportunity to play the 2019 Open Championship venue at Royal Portrush Golf Club; The Dunluce Course. A final Gala Dinner and overnight at The Bushmills Inn Hotel will follow.
Monday 27 July
You will be transferred to the airport for departures, unless you wish to continue your travels with Voyages.golf, in which case please let us know when enquiring.
Your host for the week will be the 2002 US PGA Champion, Richard Michael Beem. Known colloquially as 'Beemer,' the legendary golfer played college golf at New Mexico State University before turning pro in 1994. His first PGA Tour victory occurred at the 1999 Kemper Open, before picking up his second win at 'The International,' at Castle Rock, Colorado. His third victory saw him win in just 2 weeks after Colorado, where he overcame Tiger Woods at Hazeltine National, to win the highly coveted USPGA.
In 2015, Rich Beem joined Sky Sports as a commentator and golf analyst, becoming one of the most highly regarded members of that team. He resides in Austin, Texas, with wife Sarah and their two teenage children. The Inaugural Rich Beem Invitational is a very unique opportunity to play the world's best course, an Open Championship Tour Venue and other famed Irish golf courses.
